hmm well, start off slow and try and do a constant speed. do not run so hard or fast if you plan on running for a while. stretch before you run and stretch after. you can also do little increments where you walk for a little, then run for a little and repeat (couch to 5k)
im not rly sure what else you should or shouldnt do since i dont run as much as so many others do on here! i wish i did!
